Rationalization of Tariff

• Separate validity voucher is no more required to increase the validity.  Customer will get validity along with talk value as and when he/she top up.
• Existing prepaid plans have been rationalized to 7 distinct plans.
• One Plan is Life Time Plan and other 6 plans are General plans.
• One plan each is exclusively for 2G and 3G. All other plans are common for both 2G and 3G
• Value of freebies offered with plan activation is more than the initial amount paid by the customer for SIM and plan Activation.
• Recharge of Rs. 1 to 5 required for Migration from one prepaid plan to other (except Pyari Jodi & Student  Special) is allowed.

  Following recharge (STV) is required for Migration of One Plan to other:

• The customer will type PLANCHANGE & send to 53733
  Option 1 to 5 will appear on customer screen
  By selecting choice 1 to 5 the customer will go to following plan:
  1. Choice 1 .Rs 1 & customer will go to saral anant plan.
  2. Choice 2  Rs 2 & customer will go to 1p/s plan
  3. Choice 3 Rs 3 & customer will go to 49p plan
  4. Choice 4 Rs 4 & customer will go to 2 G special plan
  5. Choice 5 Rs 5 & customer will go to 3 G special plan.
• The following points are worth mentioning:
• Customers of Pyari Jodi & Student Special must not try any of the migration vouchers. Otherwise they may loose their basic facility.
• Customers who have already availing some service class changing STV like  606,329,112 (earlier 111), 555, 999 , ISD vouchers etc should  try the migration vouchers only after the expiry of the STVs .In case of migration before expiry of  STV,         the customer will loose the benefit of STV.
• Saral Anant:- Lifetime validity. With every recharge/top-up   
• customer will get validity also in addition to talk value.
• “1p/sec”- All voice calls , local on-net/ off net, STD on-net / off- net , roaming   will be charged at the uniform rate of 1p/ sec. For Video calls also 2 Paisa Per  sec pulse has been introduced.
• “all@49” – All voice calls , local on-net/ off net, STD on-net / off- net , roaming will be charged at the uniform rate of 49p/ Min. SMS Local, National & Roaming will l also be charged @49p.
• “Student Special”- Student Special has been made as a separate plan. 5 Friends and Family numbers with Local call charges @ Rs.0.10/Min (3 Nos -On-net) and Rs.0.30/Min (2 Nos-Off-net) are also available. STV of 25 – 300 Local SMS, 100 MB free data. SMS @5 paisa beyond free SMS
